A Message to My Fellow LCAOR Members 

Hello 👋 To My Fellow LCAOR Members, 

I’m honored to step into my new role as Chair of the Member Outreach & Events Committee for the Lake County Association of REALTORS®.

The past several years have challenged our industry, our businesses, and many of us personally. Some within our REALTOR® family have experienced truly life-altering events, while all of us have felt the effects of a difficult and changing real estate market. 

It’s easy during challenging times to focus on what’s difficult. But I believe positivity grows when we focus on our blessings, celebrate our successes, and find ways to support one another. 

Our relationships as fellow REALTORS® matter. They contribute to smoother transactions and better outcomes for our clients, but they also make our professional lives more enjoyable and remind us that we’re part of something bigger than our individual businesses. 

That’s what I hope Member Outreach & Events can bring to our Association. 

As we head into the final quarter of 2026, I want to create more opportunities for us to connect, have some fun, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the incredible community we get to live and work in. Togetherness creates a stronger foundation—and strong REALTOR® relationships benefit all of us. 

As Chair, my goal is to bring our members a fun and meaningful opportunity to connect every three months. These events aren’t about meetings or business agendas. They’re about stepping away from our busy schedules for a little while, getting to know one another outside of a transaction, supporting our local community, and simply enjoying each other’s company. 

And we’re kicking it off October 2! 🎉 

Our first LCAOR REALTOR® Mixer is: 

Friday, October 2, 2026 4:00–5:30 PM at The Saw Shop Yard | Kelseyville 

This first event is all about togetherness and connection. Come enjoy some appetizers, grab your favorite beverage, reconnect with familiar faces and hopefully meet a few new ones. 

And if you’d like to keep the evening going, stay afterward for dinner and live music by LC Diamonds from 6:00–9:00 PM. Friends and family are welcome to join us for the evening festivities! 

Please help us spread the word and encourage your fellow LCAOR members to come. More details are included in the invitation, with additional information to follow. I’m genuinely excited about this new role and the opportunity to add another benefit to our Association.
